They will assist the aviation cohort in operational duties associated with the preparation for and the conduct of a flight, including cleaning aircraft, refuelling, and replenishing supplies.

This role also assists with other tasks as required, to support the RFDS in providing the finest care to the furthest corner!About The RoleTownsville Airport basedPermanent, Part time role5 days a week, Monday to Friday4-hour shifts, morning or eveningKey responsibilitiesYour Key Responsibilities In This Role Will IncludePerform operational duties to Support and facilitates ground support servicesTowing of aircraft into and out of the hangar using a tow motor and ensuring that the aircraft is towed and re-positioned when directed, with aeromedical bays availableSupport and assists health professionals with patient transport and care including loading and unloading of stretcher patients and medical equipmentCleaning interior and exterior of Aircraft, restocking items when requiredAssisting medical team with aircraft decontaminationInspect hanger equipment, and clean when requiredOther tasks as requested by the Senior Base Pilot or Ground Support LeadWho we are looking for?To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
