RPA Developer (Onsite Role)

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and technically strong RPA Developer to join us. In this role, you will work onsite at our client’s premise and independently drive the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy and thrives in delivering real business value through automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using the Laiye RPA platformOwn the full project lifecycle: from process analysis, documentation (PDD/SDD), development, UAT, to production handoverCollaborate directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation workflowsTroubleshoot and enhance existing bots to ensure continued operational efficiencyEnsure solutions adhere to best practices in scalability, maintainability, and performanceRequirementsHands-on experience in developing RPA solutions and delivering automation projects using LaiyeStrong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and solution design patternsAble to work independently and manage multiple priorities across the full project lifecycleProficiency in scripting or programming with Python and/or VB.NetExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersLaiye RPA Developer Certification is a strong advantageCandidates who are new to Laiye are welcome to applyApply now if you're excited about owning end-to-end automation work using Laiye and bringing real change to businesses.In your application, please also indicate the name of the person that you most look up to.
