This will significantly increase your chances of success____________________________________________________________About The RoleWe are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) operations team. This professional will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and optimizing RPA processes, ensuring high performance, stability, and efficiency in day-to-day automation operations.The role involves close collaboration with process owners and development teams, requiring both technical and communication skills to maintain and continuously improve automated solutions in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Monitor RPA process execution and performance, ensuring reliability and uptime; Manage and optimize process scheduling and orchestration; Provide Level 1 support for incidents and requests raised by business stakeholders; Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis and escalation when necessary; Maintain accurate documentation for processes, incidents, and technical changes; Collaborate with RPA development teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities; Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear status reporting; Promote best practices in automation governance and monitoring.Mandatory Requirements⚠️ The following qualifications must be clearly included in your CV to be considered: 3+ years of experience in Production Support or Application Support roles; Proven experience in monitoring and maintaining production systems; Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere); Understanding of incident and request management processes (ITIL framework); Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA; Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Nice to Have Experience working with automation platforms or RPA solutions; Previous experience in banking or enterprise environments; Knowledge of monitoring tools and scheduling systems; Proficiency in French is an advantage; Familiarity with scripting or process optimization techniques.Soft Skills Strong customer service orientation and sense of ownership; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Ability to analyze and solve problems under pressure; Highly organized with strong attention to detail; Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in fast-changing environments; Collaborative, motivated, and committed to high-quality service delivery.Keywords to Include in Your CVRPA Production Support Application Support Automation Monitoring Incident Management ITIL UiPath Blue Prism ServiceNow SQL Troubleshooting Root Cause Analysis English Porto Hybrid#CI
