RPA Project Manager

Qualifications✅ Must-Have•                    Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field•                    3–6 years’ experience in Project/Program Management for digital or automation initiatives•                    Proven experience delivering RPA projects using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere•                    Strong understanding of:·                    RPA lifecycle & development best practices·                    Business process re-engineering & Lean methodologies·                    IT governance frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)•                    Excellent communication & stakeholder alignment skills across global teams•                    Strong analytical ability & problem-solving mindset•                    Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix global structure⭐ Preferred•                    PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master certifications•                    UiPath Automation Business Analyst or Solution Delivery credentials•                    Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environment (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)•                    Knowledge of related technologies: OCR, Document Understanding, APIs, Low-Code/No-Code
