🔒 Confidential Executive Search: VP of Finance 📍 North America | 🌎 Multi-Country Scope | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Executive LeadershipA global leader in access and security solutions is conducting a confidential search for a VP of Finance - This senior leadership role will oversee financial operations, supporting a dynamic and fast-growing division. My client needs more of a person who would lead a team of 5 to 6 and do the day-to-day operations. Really dig in rather than from a touch and go standpoint. Still the same price point, but less on the audit side. Don't need to be so strong on "Audit" experience.

We need more acquisitions and FP&A and "small teams" leadership. 💡 About the Role: This individual will serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and operational excellence to areas including accounting, financial reporting, controls, planning, compliance, and team development. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Lead all financial operations, including accounting, AP/AR, tax, audits, and reporting (IFRS). Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning cycles with precision. Drive scalable financial systems and process improvements across the region.

Serve as the finance lead for special initiatives including ERP implementation and M&A integrations. Build and manage a high-performing finance team with a focus on excellence and compliance. Partner cross-functionally and globally to align financial strategy with business performance. 🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile: 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in a global or matrixed organization. Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead, influence, and build consensus across diverse teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills. Prior ERP implementation or systems integration experience is a plus.
