This role will help ensure that the project meets business objectives within aggressive timelines by supporting select operational project tasks.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate onboarding processes and business operations, including:Ensure client organizations fulfill end-to-end onboarding requirements including client engagement and client profile analysis, completion of required service schedules, coordination with internal support teams to support technical integration and provide Go-Live support.Collaborate with internal support teams in support of client needs.Coordinate communication and scheduling of onboarding activities between client organizations and internal support partners.Develop and maintain operational documents and resources.Support the delivery of project deliverables, including:Design and implement business processes in support of project requirements.Monitor project deliverables and communicate progress and/or escalate challenges to partners.Develop and maintain project documentation, including issues and action items logs, change and procurement requests, reports and presentations.Raise and manage change requests and tickets.Desired SkillsRequirements elicitation and analysis is an assetUnderstanding of project lifecycle is an assetUnderstanding of ticket request management is an assetRequired SkillsGood working knowledge of process implementationExperience with client onboarding facilitationExperience with stakeholder support and relationship managementEvaluation CriteriaProcess Implementation: 15 PointsClient Onboarding: 40 PointsProject and Operations Support: 30 PointsDocumentation and Reporting: 15 PointsTotal evaluation criteria: 100 PointsDeliverablesDeliverables Include but not limited to:Process Implementation: Support design, implementation and documentation of business processes.Client Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding process, with focus on client engagement, client support, stakeholder relationship management and technical configuration.Project and Operations Support: Support communications and scheduling of onboarding activities amongst client organizations and internal support partnersReporting: Monitor, document, and communicate project deliverables and/or challenges to partnersNotesAssignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid". The resource under this request will be required to work onsite as per Hiring Manager sole discretion.The term of this Engagement Assignment is 114 Business Days.
