Company background: The company specialize in Precision Machining, adhering to the strictest tolerances, and offer high-tech fabrication of sheet metal components, welding of crucial structures/frames, wire and cable harnessing along with complete system integration, assembly, and rigorous testing of equipment, headquartered in Singapore, also operate manufacturing facilities in China, Malaysia and Philippines. Global Vice President for Business Development- Salary openOffice locations: Suzhou and Dongguan, ChinaSalary Package: There is no fixed salary range provided at this stage.

The hiring manager has advised that salary will be negotiable and discussed based on each candidate’s experience, fit with the role, and alignment with the required background (Sales Engineering, Semiconductor, and Contract Manufacturing). Includes performance-based bonus and variable incentives. Special Requirements: Background in Sales Engineering. Experience in the Semiconductor industry. Familiarity with Contract Manufacturing. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Global Vice President of Business Development to lead our global expansion and revenue acceleration efforts.

This executive leader will be responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies, strengthening key client relationships, and establishing high-impact strategic partnerships across international markets. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in contract manufacturing, a strong sales leadership track record, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth LeadershipDevelop and drive global business growth strategies in the contract manufacturing sector. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to craft differentiated value propositions and go-to-market plans. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain high-level relationships with global clients.

Serve as the primary executive contact for key accounts, ensuring service excellence and successful contract negotiations. Business Development InitiativesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets. Lead end-to-end business development efforts from prospecting to deal closure. Strategic Partnerships & AlliancesEstablish and manage strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships that enhance the company’s global footprint and market position. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with teams across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering to ensure alignment between business goals and execution. Guide decisions that support the company’s long-term strategic objectives. Leadership & Talent DevelopmentRepresent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Mentor future leaders and foster a culture of excellence within the global business development team. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles, ideally in global business development within the contract manufacturing industry. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to convert customer needs into commercial success. Expertise in structuring complex contracts and forging strategic alliances. Strong global market insight and business acumen. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred).
