Product AdminstratorFull-timeLocation: Riga (Hybrid working)RS Pro, is RS Group's market leading own brand of over 100,000 engineering products, distributed worldwide and to over 1. 2 million business-to-business customers. We're growing our team in our Elfa Distrelec / RS Offices in Riga, and have openings for 3 Administrators to support our Product team on a wide array of tasks. The Own Brand Product Administrator supports the development, management, and maintenance of own brand product ranges. This role involves liaising with suppliers, ensuring product data accuracy, and assisting in the successful launch of new products and the maintenance and improvement of existing core range.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and possesses strong communication skills. What you will be doing: Support the Own Brand team in the development and maintenance of product ranges. Work with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain necessary product documentation, including specifications, product content, certifications, and compliance reports. Ensure product range align with brand guidelines and work with suppliers to improve our existing product ranges. Assist in new product launches, including sample coordination, transactional data gathering and content and product guides. Provide administrative support throughout the lifecycle of the product range and be the point of contact to resolve:

Content queries Pricing queries Stock queries Essential: Previous experience in a administration role, ideally within product, buying or supply chain Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience SAP Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
