Key RolesThis role will serve to assist RSM team for operational work especially required in activating the retail campaigns and liaising directly with the retailers and marketing agency.Retail Management Process Follow-upsWork with the Key Account Manager and agency to produce POP artworks for relevant retail campaignsParticipate in retail-specific e-commerce marketing calendar planning, managing visual creation or localization with the agencyUpload local marketing designs to the OPA marketing system and follow up on brand management approvalsEnsure designs are in line with Disney guidelinesPrepare retail activation presentations for relevant retail occasions, aligned with franchise marketing planningFollow up on all accounting processes, including creating/extending new vendors in SAP and creating PO’s for each transaction under the supervision of the Key Account ManagerAssist in preparing post-activation reports for retail activationsTranslate EMEA marketing and retail presentations into the local language where necessaryCustomer ManagementLiaise with ABMs or junior buyers at retailers to maintain data/visual transfers during retail promotions or activationsLiaise with store managers or visual merchandising managers at retailers for visual approval processesAttend pre- and post-meetings with retailers to be involved in most activation processesEducation & Other RequisitesGraduate or fresh out of college (B.A. in Marketing preferred)Excellent command of English, both spoken and writtenProficiency in MS Office applicationsAvailability to work full time (100% workload), 4+1 (4 days in office and one day remote as per company policy in Israel).Personal AttributesHighly motivated with strong entrepreneurial flairStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong presentation skills.Creative problem solver, result oriented, committed to excellenceReliable, resourceful and flexible
