We power audio, display, and video monetization through direct publisher relationships and our proprietary Text-to-Speech player.📈*About the Role*  We're looking for a *hands-on RTB Manager* to take charge of our *programmatic display & video activity*.  You'll work with leading DSPs & SSPs, manage PMPs and campaigns, and play a *key role in driving performance and revenue*.  You’ll collaborate closely with our Ad Ops team on strategy, execution, and optimization.*🚀 What You’ll Do:*  * Manage RTB activity across DSPs & SSPs (setup, pacing, optimization, troubleshooting)  * Monitor performance metrics (fill rates, RPM/CPM, partner delivery)  * Launch and optimize PMPs and deal IDs  * Proactively scale performance and improve margins  * Collaborate with Ad Ops on execution and troubleshooting  * Work with partners to unlock new deal opportunities  * Provide weekly/monthly insights and reports  * Ensure ad quality and compliance (IVT, ads.txt, sellers.json)*🎯 Who You Are:*  ✔ 2–4 years of experience in *programmatic RTB* (display/video/CTV)  ✔ Strong knowledge of DSPs & SSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Magnite)  ✔ Analytical and data-driven (Looker, Excel, BigQuery, or similar)  ✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and a clear communicator  ✔ Thrives in fast-paced environments with ownership*🌟 Why Join Us?*  * Direct impact on revenue & growth  * Advanced programmatic & audio tech  * Autonomy, ownership & room to grow  📩 *Sound like a match?
