Qualifications:  Open to Arabic speakers Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory customer service or front desk role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality with excellent communication skills in English Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking software, and healthcare appointment platforms (e. g. , Bestosys).
