Position SummaryThe Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to build and maintain the company’s brand identity. The position requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of consumer trends and market dynamics within the beverage sector. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, loyalty, and growth while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share, improve consumer loyalty, and enhance brand equity.Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, retail, social media, etc.) to promote the brand.Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing collateral, advertisements, and product packaging that aligns with brand guidelines.Oversee and manage brand messaging and communication to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.Analyze brand performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales data, consumer feedback, and market share reports, adjusting strategies as necessary.Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment in brand strategy and execution.Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure brand consistency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Adminstration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the beverage industry.Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches.Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market dynamics in the beverage industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-makingAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
