RTV Engineer

Multidisciplinary teams work closely together, with room for ownership, initiative, and responsibility.DeliverablesDaily operational management and monitoring of the IPTV platformIn-depth analysis and reporting on usage, performance, service availability, and incident resolutionActive involvement in development projects focused on streaming, DRM, and TV user interface improvementsEnsuring service quality through constant alignment with stakeholders, suppliers, and development teamsLeading and implementing improvements across the full RTV delivery chainJob requirementsBachelor’s level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical disciplineSeveral years of experience as a System Engineer, ideally in the telecom or media sectorStrong understanding of IPTV, Linux, networking, and database managementFamiliarity with video delivery technologies such as MPEG, CDN, HTTP/UDP, ABR, DRM, CA, transcoders, and multiplexersA structured and analytical working approachAI-savviness, experience or interest in AI-driven monitoring, automation, or data analysis—is considered a plus
