RUC Complex Senior Process Engineer (SMP)

Regular Assigned Duties & Target Skills:Provide Technical Support to SAMREF projects, with hands on experience in Residue Upgrade Complex (Ebullated Bed Residue Hydrocracker, VGO Hydrocracker, Diesel Hydrotreater units), to deliver a safe, regulatory compliant, quality project to maximize value to SAMREF.To be part of the project manufacturing team located at SAMREF and to effectively interface with project management team and refinery manufacturing team in delivering the project objectives.Review the reports and inputs from the licensors, engineering consultants and project team to ensure that all site standards are met; new facilities are optimized and well synergized with existing refinery units.Review project deliverables and ensure that project management team delivers a quality project to SAMREF manufacturing site.Ensure flawless progress of project reviews and continue to support the project rollover, commissioning and start-up of the Residue Upgrade complex.Process, Design and Detailed Engineering Skills.Expertise in reviewing P&ID, PFD, Hazop, etc.Expertise in developing Simulation Models using Hysys, AFT, etc.Excellent knowledge on Refinery Safe Practices.Education:Bachelor degree from accredited University in Chemical Engineering.Experience:Minimum 10+ years (full-time) experience in Oil & Gas Refineries.Additional Information:Location: Saudi Arabia, YanbuType of employment: Contractor/ Supplementary ManpowerPost Announcement Period: 30/10/2025 to 12/11/2025
