Job Description

Rumble is a high-growth neutral video platform that is creating the rails and independent infrastructure designed to be immune to cancel culture. Rumble’s mission is to restore the Internet to its roots by making it free and open once again. We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist who can join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to local and remote employees and be involved in all IT support activities, under the general direction of the Corp IT Director. In this role you will:

Act as the initial point of contact for all IT requests reported by on-site and remote employeesDiagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, and track all helpdesk interactionsIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to IT ManagementAssist management with the implementation of company approved IT policies and controlsTrain employees on software, hardware, and technical processesInstall, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and softwareAssist with onboarding new users & ensure each workstation has appropriate hardware & softwareOther duties as assignedSome local & international travel will be requiredRequirements:

Experience with Windows, MAC, IOS, Android operating systemsExperience with MS365 and/or G-Suite administrationAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issuesFamiliar with end-point management systemsPassionate and patient about problem solving and customer serviceDiligent following processes, and documentationHighly effective communication skillsComfortable speaking directly with all levels of staff and managementComfortable with ambiguity and changing prioritiesPreferred Qualification: Microsoft, CompTia A+, Net+ or other certifications are a plusAt least 2 years’ experience as a help desk technician or other customer support roleAnnual Compensation Range: $40,000-$52,000 USD base + benefits + equityNote:

The salary range listed for this position is a good faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structure. The actual salary offered varies depending on the candidate's skill level and experience.
