You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters and hiring managers to help identify, engage, and nurture relationships with top tech talent, while building your expertise in full-cycle recruiting.

What You'll DoSource Like a Pro: Use LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, social media, and creative sourcing channels to identify qualified technical talent across engineering, data, and product roles. Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs—so we’re never starting from scratch when a role opens. Research Talent Markets: Help us stay competitive by gathering insights on market trends, competitor talent, and sourcing strategy effectiveness. Engage Candidates: Craft personalized, compelling outreach to passive candidates and build long term talent relationships. Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine sourcing targets. Conduct Full-Cycle Recruiting: own screening, scheduling, and candidate experience to round out your exposure to the full hiring process for appropriate roles. Track and Optimize: Keep records up to date in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), and assist in reporting on sourcing metrics and performanceWhat You'll Bring2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or a related HR role—preferably in tech or a fast-growth environment. A natural sleuth with strong research skills, attention to detail, and a nose for discovering great talent.
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, ATS platforms, etc. ). Clear and persuasive communicator who can spark interest with passive candidates and build strong relationships. Organized, curious, and eager to grow into a well-rounded recruiter. A collaborative mindset - you love being part of a team and aren’t afraid to share ideas or ask questions. Bonus: Experience using spreadsheets, sourcing dashboards, or metrics to track outreach and conversion rates. Must be located in Estonia.
