We’re looking for an accomplished S/4HANA Platform Enterprise Solutions Executive Lead to drive large-scale SAP-led transformations. This role is ideal for a senior professional who combines deep SAP S/4HANA expertise with strategic leadership, pre-sales excellence, and cross-functional business acumen.As a trusted advisor to business and technology executives, you will shape, design, and deliver enterprise transformation strategies that leverage the power of the S/4HANA platform to unlock measurable value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead S/4HANA transformation solutioning from concept to execution—defining architectures, shaping proposals, and setting the vision for enterprise solutions.Drive end-to-end pre-sales activities including RFP response orchestration, business case definition, and proposal creation.Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable technology roadmaps across Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations.Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams to design integrated, cross-functional SAP solutions aligned to client business outcomes.Provide strategic advisory and thought leadership on transformation programs and platform modernization initiatives.What You’ll Bring10+ years of SAP experience, with proven leadership in S/4HANA solutioning and delivery.Deep functional understanding of business processes across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.Experience managing and winning large-scale pre-sales pursuits and RFPs for global clients.Proven record in leading enterprise architecture discussions and driving consensus among senior stakeholders.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Strong analytical mindset, able to connect technology capabilities to tangible business outcomes.Passion for innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
