Pre-sales customer support, including specification compliance verification, customization studies, and project documentation preparationGeneric technical customer support for all inquiries about installation, use, or maintenanceAfter-sales customer support, including investigation and quality reportingRequirementsUniversity degree (or equivalent) in Electricity, Electronics, or MechanicsFluent in spoken and written English and German, with excellent reading and writing skillsAt least three years of experience in RAMS activitiesAt least three years in the railway industryKnowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128/EN 50657, EN 50129 is an advantageGood knowledge of programming (e. g.
