OverviewThis S&OP and CoManufacture Planning Lead will be responsible for S&OP, Demand Planning and end-to-end CoManufacturing Planning agendas in Foods (Snacks COSO and Quaker CoMan) for Indonesia. This position is a member of the supply chain team driving SC strategic plans and delivering AOP targets, reporting to the Head of LogisticsResponsibilitiesWhat you will be responsible for:Lead S&OP process; Internal & ExternalLead demand and Import & CoMan sourced supply planning activities & process improvementConstant focus in delivering supply chain KPIDrive process excellence in job scope areasLead Co-Manufacturing E2E process excellenceSupport business in new products developmentsDrive supply chain productivity (cost efficiency improvement) agendaQualificationsWhat you will need to have:Skills & Experience:Minimum a bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldStrong knowledge of planning processes, reporting with sound technical supply chain fundamentalsExceptional project management skills with proven track record/experience on set-up new process and transformationBroad functional understanding (Sales, Finance, Purchasing) and experience working in cross-functional environment/teams. Experiences in FMCG (Foods and Beverages business) is preferredHigh levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impactsTraits who will excel in the role:Effective communications and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple levels and different organizational functionsStrong influence management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in.Capable of challenging the status quo and driving alignment across the organization.Highly independent, resourceful with high personal initiative/drive.Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through influencingEffective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skillsMust be very effective working in a volatile and complex environment and work with a sense of urgency that drives effective resultsAbility to give and receive constructive feedbackAbility to lead a team-based approach to decision making
