S&OP Master Planner

Main purpose of the role:Build Thailand plants production planning and ensure the daily execution to be highest customer service level while keeping inventories and costs at the lowest level. Be the interface between plants and commercial BU’s.Key accountabilities:1. Production planning in the monthly S&OP processElaborate the production planning by SKU’s (lag 18 months) by taking into account all parameters (sales forecast, stock, productions constraints…)Drive S&OP Factories supply review.Challenge factories on production planning adherence, MOQ and raw material inventory.Highlight and communicate risks and opps to the stakeholders.Identify the different scenarios/arbitrations and put in place the necessary action plans (with financial impact).Lead the monthly review with the markets and review the finished goods stock policy by analyzing the level of stock (shortfall & excess).2. Weekly executionBuild and validate the weekly plan with the plants.Highlight the priorities for production and shipment to ensure the market will not be in out of stock situation.Show variation between the weekly and monthly plan and propose a corrective plan.3. Data and KPI’sCalculate the relevant KPIs and monitor the activities to ensure the performance is close to the objectives for production planning.Responsible for his/her own data for Production planning.4. ProjectsArrange the monthly project review meeting with Activity manager to review all the projects related to the plants to apply in the plan.Participate in innovation or renovation meeting for products launched in the concerned plants.Lead or participate on cross-functional project teams.Qualifications:Master's degree (engineering or business school).A minimum of 5-year experience in Supply Chain with international environment.Deep knowledge of S&OP process (sales forecast or production planning).Must be proficient with ERP/MPR/MPS/EXCEL.English: full professional proficiency.Work location: Samut Sakhon factory (5-6 km from Central Mahachai)
