Job DescriptionPOSITION REQUIREMENTSMaintain the CTT (Customer Tonnage Tracker) spreadsheetRegistering and processing of Customer informationInteracting with Customers telephonically and in personCreating and updating Customer leads and sending the correct information to the BuyersAssist and effectively communicate with the Payments DepartmentHandle the Sand SalesManage Customer requests for POP’sMaintain the DN book data base as well as issuing DN books and ensuring that old DN books are returnedFiling of the Buying Departments paperworkIntake reports for Buyers and CustomersAdhoc admin tasks including but not limited to capturing and updating spreadsheets and lists timeouslyQualifying ExperienceMatricProficiency in MS Outlook, Work and advanced ExcelMinimum of 2 years’ sales administration, sales support or customer service experience or previous experience in a sales environment will be advantageousA minimum of 1 year experience within an administrative roleMust own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid Drivers licenseKnowledge of basic accounts management would be advantageousQUALIFYING ATTRIBUTESAssertive, well spoken with good verbal and written communication skills.
