Your roleAs part of our Learning & Development team within Group Human Resources, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving Saab’s Learning Landscape.
You will work closely with Group Strategy, internal competence owners in critical technology areas, and learning stakeholders across our Business Areas and Operational Companies to lead and drive learning initiatives in critical competence areas. In this role, you will also: Consult with key stakeholders - including business leaders, technical competence owners, subject matter experts and external partners - to develop and design strategic learning solutionsExplore innovative approaches and apply learning technologies to design, deliver and scale comprehensive learning solutions. Curate content for the target audience, manage suppliers, develop learning pathways, programs, and campaigns to enhance the overall learning experience.
Leverage data and insights for strategic decision-making, to continuously improve offerings and support data-driven decision-makingYou will be part of a dedicated Learning & Development team that works cross-functionally to drive Saab’s overall learning strategy. We are responsible for company-wide, learning and development guidelines and processes including strategic workforce planning. Learning & Development serves as a key interface towards competence owners, Business Areas and Operational Countries ensuring that our learning strategy is aligned with Saab’s Strategic Business Plan.
Your profileWe are looking for someone with a strong drive, a holistic mindset, and the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives from start to finish. You know when to take action independently and when to involve key stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator, a natural networker, a team player and a strategic problem solver who knows how to deliver business value through learning. Required skills and experiences: Extensive experience in learning performance consulting in large organisationsExcellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Strong collaboration, networking and stakeholder management skillsSelf-leadership with the ability to drive initiatives independentlyProven ability to apply learning technologies and digital platforms to enhance learningDesired skills and experiences: Leading learning transformation and change initiativesLearning experience design and digital learning ecosystems (e. g. LXPs, LMS, authoring tools)People Analytics and Metrics within L&D or other HR perspectivesSupplier management and procurement of learning services. Leading learning initiatives in technology-intensive companies, preferably from Manufacturing, Production and / or Logistics. Experience from industry and academy collaboration with a focus on learning.
The position can be located either in Stockholm at Saab HQ, Linköping, Gothenburg or Malmö.
