Firebird Tours, a travel company focused on the international market, is seeking a talented and hard-working candidate for the position of SaaS Administrator.We are looking for motivated individuals eager to grow professionally in a modern and rapidly evolving company. Working with us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas, passion, and skills to the growth of our online projects, challenge yourself, get rewarded, and see the tangible results of your hard work.Your primary responsibilities will include:- Template maintenance in various SaaS platforms (VOIP, help desk, CRM, ERP, Task management)- Automation logic and workflow management (incl AI features)- Managing users and user roles/profiles- On-demand reporting to stakeholders- Communication with service providers- Team support and troubleshootingOur key requirements are:- Core understanding of SaaS and CRM eco-systems- Core understanding of process and project management- Analytical and system thinking- Basic understanding of OOP- English (intermediate) - ability to read and write technical documentation- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment- Desire to learn fastThe following will be a plus:- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript- Web-developer console basics- Previous experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms- Experience with cloud CRM, Atlassian (Jira, ServiceDesk, Confluence), etcWe provide:- Unique working experience in a rapidly growing international company- Career opportunities and the ability to grow with the team- Fixed salary with bonus system (in USD)
