Headquartered in Luxembourg.As a SaaS Implementation Consultant, you will lead our clients through the complete software onboarding journey — from discovery to successful go-live. You’ll act as both a project manager and a technical enabler, ensuring seamless integration of our solution into client workflows.We are now actively integrating AI into our product, so you will also work with no-code tools (like n8n or similar) and simple scripts to automate and personalize client setups.💈What you’ll do:- Lead client discovery sessions, define business and technical requirements, and build clear implementation roadmaps.- Configure and customize no-code automations (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.) and help integrate AI-powered workflows where relevant.- Write basic SQL queries or lightweight scripts (Python, JS, etc.) to support integrations and data processing.- Coordinate end-to-end implementation — from onboarding to go-live — ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and enhance client outcomes.- Document results and identify new opportunities for automation and AI-enabled improvements based on client feedback.💭 Who are we looking for?- 3+ years in SaaS implementation, project management, or technical consulting, preferably in client-facing roles.- Strong technical curiosity — comfortable exploring how software, APIs, and automations work.- Experience with no-code/low-code tools (like n8n, Zapier, Make) or AI integrations (e.g., prompt tuning, workflow automation) is a strong plus.- Ability to write SQL queries or simple scripts to support client implementations.- Excellent communication and organization skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.🚀 Why working with Us:- Fully Remote: Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere globally within the CET Time Zone.- Shape the Future: Join our team at an early stage and play a pivotal role in shaping both the company’s vision and product development.- Be Part of a Disruptive Industry:Work in one of the world’s largest sectors (accounting for 10% of global GDP) that continues to grow.Contribute to transforming one of the least digitized industries worldwide.- Competitive Employment Package:Contract under a Services Agreement with our Luxembourg office.- Enjoy 20 paid vacation days per year, plus additional personal leave for unforeseen circumstances.
