You gather, document and analyze requirements from stakeholders and effectively communicate them to the developer teams. You ensure implementation meets business requirements, quality standards, and drive a positive end-user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features or improvement to SaaS platform configurationDocument requirements and communicate them effectively to the developer teamsResearch and build configuration proposals in the assigned SaaS application or ModuleEnsure that implementation features meet the specified requirements and are of high qualityWork with UX/ UI designers to ensure an end-user friendly experience, leveraging user feedback and usability testingLead releases for new functionalities according to the business needs. Collaborate in the elaboration of product roadmaps Functional CompetenciesStrong skills in gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements from stakeholders, ensuring the SaaS configuration meets user needs and business objectivesRobust understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate with development teamsGeneral understanding of UX principles and methodologies to advocate for user-centered design decisionsStrong expertise in assigned SaaS platform (2-3 products)Understanding of Project Management methodologiesAbility to solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationStrong understanding of Project Management methodologies and best practicesQualifications3-5 years of experience as a business analyst for a technical function or equivalentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related fieldBusiness Analysis certification is desiredC1 oral and written EnglishWorkday knowledge is a plusWhy Join Us?As a SaaS Implementation Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering successful software rollouts that transform how our clients operate.
