Job Position: SaaS Sales Support SuperstarHours: 4 a.m. – 12 p.m. SAST (yes, you'll have the rest of the day free!)Industry: Retail PharmaceuticalsSalary: Market RelatedAbout the Role:We’re on the hunt for an organised, proactive, people-smart Sales Support Assistant to joinour growing SaaS team. You’ll be the glue between sales, marketing, and partners — keepingthe pipeline humming, leads flowing, and proposals polished and out the door.If you love a bit of data, a bit of admin, a bit of people stuff, and the thrill of follow-up callsthat actually go somewhere, this could be your dream role.What you’ll be doing (aka your impact):• Generating and qualifying leads from marketing and inbound channels• Managing sales data, reporting on the pipeline, and keeping the CRM clean andcurrent• Writing proposals (with input from various stakeholders) and coordinating delivery• Liaising with internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned, clear, and on point• Calling prospects and existing partners to follow up, check in, and keep thingsmoving• Managing our partner network — re-engaging dormant partners, keeping current onesenergised, and sharing the love aroundAbout 10% -15% of your role will be calling— warm re-connections with existing partnerswho need a little nudge or reminder of the magic we offer and inbound marketing leads.This role is perfect for someone who:• Loves structure and admin but can pivot quickly when needed• Has experience in B2B SaaS sales support or similar• Is confident on the phone and has strong relationship-building skills• Can write clearly and persuasively (proposals, updates, follow-ups)• Knows their way around a CRM (extra points if it’s Linkedin Sales Navigator,Pipedrive, Active Campaign or similar)• Is self-motivated, proactive, and loves a good to-do listWhat you get:• A fully remote role with a dynamic and friendly team based in Australia• The freedom to make this role your own and career progression opportunities• The chance to support a product that genuinely helps people• Early finish every day — afternoons are all yours ready for those long summerafternoons!Sound like you?If you’re ready to play a key support role in a fast-moving SaaS team and want to make yourmark in the retail pharmaceuticals space, we’d love to hear from you.
