FMCG Sales Representative - North-West and South-West - CameroonWe are hiring on behalf of one of our clients operating in the large-scale retail and international trade sector. We are looking for dynamic and motivated FMCG Sales Representatives to join the team and contribute to the development of the client portfolio. You will be responsible for prospecting, client follow-up, and loyalty building, while promoting our products and services. Position based in the North-West and South-West regions. Main ResponsibilitiesProspect and inform potential customers about the company’s products and services. Acquire and retain new clients.
Understand product features in order to better advise customers. Negotiate pricing to close sales effectively. Manage a client portfolio by processing and delivering orders within deadlines. Increase the company’s revenue in the FMCG segment. Improve the visibility and market share of the products among distributors. Handle customer complaints as part of after-sales service to improve client satisfaction. Monitor competitors and make recommendations to improve the company’s commercial strategy. Profile RequiredEducation: Minimum of a BTS (Higher National Diploma) in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. Professional Experience:
At least 3 years in a similar role in the FMCG or large-scale retail sector (BROLI, LANA, PANZANI, Guinness, Brasseries, UCB, etc. ). Strong knowledge of the FMCG market and distribution channels. Languages: Fluency in both French and English. Age: Minimum 23 years old. Technical SkillsSolid knowledge of marketing, sales techniques, prospecting, and commercial negotiation. Personal QualitiesHonest, ambitious, responsible, serious, and stable. Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure. Location: Bamenda and BueaNote: Candidates must be based in or willing to work in the North-West and South-West regions.
