In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services and projects, meeting customer expectations while maintaining budget, timeline, and quality standards.

You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic solutions that maximize value.

ResponsibilitiesManaging end-to-end delivery of services and projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality executionEngaging with customers to understand their expectations, challenges, and business needsActing as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service/project lifecycleCollaborating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation and operationMonitoring service levels, resolving customer issues within SLA limits, and ensuring customer satisfactionTracking project performance, including scope, budget, and quality, and preparing regular reportsManaging project financials, including revenue, cost control, invoicing, and financial forecastingIdentifying risks and opportunities, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and enhance outcomesNegotiating scope extensions and change requests when necessaryQualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT services or infrastructureProven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to contractual and financial mattersExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP certification is a plus)Fluency in English and willingness to travel when requiredHere in SabancıDx, our journey is to find the best version of ourselves and to create the best future together.
