The Admin Assistant will provide vital support to the Study Abroad team by assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative functions. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, coordinating travel arrangements, managing communications, and overseeing general office tasks.
This role contributes to creating a well-organised, professional, and positive working environment that enables the team to operate efficiently. Please note: We are looking for the successful candidate to begin at the end of October 2025, to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process.

Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a welcoming experienceManaging scheduling, booking appointments and preventing conflictsArranging travel, including flights, transportation, hotels and restaurants as neededScreening phone calls and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individualsGenerating reports, transcribing meeting minutes, conducting research and preparing presentationsMaintaining professional communication via telephone and emailLiaising with suppliers, managing office supplies and maintaining vendor contact listsCoordinating logistics with external vendors and managing expense reportsSupporting budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll processing and government filings as requiredSupervising cleaning staff and ensuring the office remains organised and maintainedCoordinating office space planning, maintenance, renovations and repairs with vendorsPerforming asset audits and maintaining accurate recordsManaging inventory for employee devices, including shipping, tracking and distributionSupporting new hire onboarding processes
