Now we’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to help us level up our supply chain and operations as we launch new products, expand into new categories, and build the most beloved Indian food brand in America. You will be joining the existing operations team of 5 people.  Total team size of 10.

What You’ll DoLead end-to-end operations and supply chain across our growing product lineManage 3+ co-packers and a national 3PL partnerOversee 10+ SKUs across production, planning, and inventoryNegotiate & source ingredients, packaging, and new suppliersBuild and optimize forecasting and demand planning systemsPartner on quality assurance and third-party audits (SQF/BRC/GFSI)Work closely with our existing 3-person ops team to drive efficiency and scaleLead and grow the broader operations functionMust-Haves6+ years experience in CPG operations, supply chain, or project managementDirect experience managing 3+ co-packersExperience overseeing 10+ SKUs and working with 3PL partnersHands-on with third-party audits (SQF/BRC/GFSI or similar)Strong sourcing and negotiation skillsProficient with forecasting and planning toolsU.
