That’s why we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Project Manager / Technical Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing IT/software projects and technical support initiatives – ensuring they meet scope, deadlines, budget, and quality standards.  🔑 Key Responsibilities:   Project Management (IT/Software & Technical Support):

Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, deliverables, and acceptance criteriaDevelop and maintain project plans, release calendars, resource allocation, and budgetsCoordinate software development lifecycle activities; facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives when neededIdentify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues; manage dependencies across teams and vendorsEnsure quality through reviews, testing coordination, and compliance with requirementsSupport effective cross-functional collaboration and decision-making; manage scope changes through formal processesOversee and coordinate technical support activities, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to business needs and user requests Reporting:

Prepare regular project status reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and technical review documentationTrack KPIs (velocity, burn-down charts, lead time, defect rates, release frequency) and present updates to stakeholdersCollect post-project evaluations, lessons learned, and recommendations for continuous improvement Meetings & Conferences: Plan and coordinate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, sprint demos, architectural/technical reviews, and vendor briefingsPrepare agendas, coordinate participants, manage logistics and materials, and record detailed meeting minutes with action itemsFacilitate productive sessions, align objectives, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and task ownership Administrative & Support Activities:

Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and notesCoordinate travel and accommodation for project teams and guests (bookings, travel documents)Participate in routine administrative tasks to free up time for technical leads and teams Tender Management: Organize, prepare, and submit tender documentation for project bids in collaboration with business and technical teamsLead and coordinate tendering processes, ensure compliance with requirements, and manage deadlines and stakeholder communication✅ Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, IT Management, or equivalent practical experience3–6 years of hands-on experience managing IT/software and/or technical support projectsSolid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps, and/or Waterfall methodologies; ability to adapt approaches as neededProven ability to deliver software projects on time and within budgetExperience in preparing, leading, and coordinating tender documentation and processesStrong experience in creating clear reports, dashboards, burn-down charts, and KPIsProficiency with Jira/Confluence or similar Scrum tools, strong MS Office skills; knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plusExperience with project budgeting, cost tracking, vendor/contract management, and change management processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, product owners, and external vendorsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and adapt to shifting prioritiesÂ Â đŸ’Œ Skills & CompetenciesTeam leadership and people management:
