Every day brings something new: Support accident and injury investigations, keeping our Safety Registers accurate and up to date.Manage drug & alcohol program compliance, quarterly random testing, and FMCSA reporting.Monitor driver MVRs and medical cards to ensure DOT compliance.Support our Fleet department in managing equipment records with updating registrations and permitsPlay a hands-on role in driver support and special projects that safeguard our operations.Be a crucial member of the Safety team in other duties as needed to deliver timely, thorough responses that keep our drivers and company protected. Who We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you bring:Experience in claims management, risk support, or paralegal work (a strong plus!).Unshakable confidentiality and integrity—our drivers and teams rely on it.High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word.Effective communication skills confidently collaborating with managers and drivers alike.A initiative-taker mindset who thrives both independently and on a collaborative team. Why Join Avala?Ready to Take the Wheel? If you’re looking for a role where your eye for detail and commitment to safety truly matter, we want to hear from you!
