Safety Management Consultant (Aviation)

Are you an aviation safety and quality professional committed to elevating operational standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance?We are seeking a Safety & Quality Consultant/Specialist to support and enhance Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Assurance frameworks across aviation operations.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS)Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance assessments in line with CAA regulations and IOSA/ICAO standardsPerform risk assessments, safety investigations, and root cause analysesReview SOPs, training records, and operational documentation for quality and complianceFacilitate corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) and monitor their effectivenessProvide training, guidance, and safety communication to operational teamsPrepare accurate safety and quality reports for management and regulatory submissionRequirements:Aviation-related qualification in Safety, Quality, or Compliance (or equivalent)1-3 years’ experience within aviation safety, quality assurance, or regulatory complianceStrong understanding of CAA regulations, ICAO Standards, IOSA, and industry best practicesExperience with SMS, QMS, risk management, and incident reporting systemsExcellent communication, analytical, and investigation skillsAbility to work effectively with flight operations, cabin crew, maintenance, and ground operations teamsIf you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in aviation safety and quality, we’d love to connect with you.
