Conduct safety audits, develop safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.Develop and implement safety policies and training programs.Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions.Maintain safety records and reports for regulatory compliance.Promote a proactive safety culture among all employees.Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in safety management or related roles.Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.Working Conditions: Mostly onsite with potential exposure to hazardous environments.Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
