We’re dedicated to safety, integrity, and empowering our people through continuous learning, global exposure, and meaningful work.We are currently on the lookout for a Safety Officer!Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of construction sites—including tools, equipment, and work processes—to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions promptlyPerform risk assessments and lead incident/near-miss investigations. Prepare clear, actionable reports to prevent recurrence.Design, implement, and review safety policies, procedures, and behavioral safety initiatives aligned with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulationDeliver safety training and regular toolbox briefings to site personnel; ensure awareness of safe work methods and protocolsMaintain comprehensive safety records—including inspections, risk assessments, and incident logs—ensuring compliance with WSH Act and subsidiary regulationsWork closely with project managers, contractors, and MOM inspectors to promote continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards .Ensure all Earth Control Measures (ECMs) are implemented in accordance with PUB and NEA regulatory requirements.Conduct routine site inspections to monitor the effectiveness of ECMs and promptly identify and report any non-compliance or areas of concern.Job Requirements:Certifications: Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and a registered ECO (SCS) with the National Environment Agency (NEA).ECMO Registration: Preferred 2 years’ valid registration as an ECMO with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) at the time of application.Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in high-rise building construction projects.Strong understanding of safety and environmental compliance standards applicable to construction worksites.Good communication and observation skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
