This role will support safety performance monitoring and improvement initiatives across our European plants. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in monitoring and reporting safety performance indicators in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards;• Support data analysis to identify potential risks and propose preventive measures;• Collaborate with WHS teams on the design and implementation of safety improvement projects;• Participate in audits, inspections and workplace assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;• Contribute to the promotion of a strong safety culture by supporting communication and training initiatives. Candidate Profile:• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field);• Strong interest in Wellbeing Health & Safety, occupational risk prevention, and regulatory compliance;• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and organizational skills;• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team-oriented environment;• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
