Job TitleSafety Technician (Data Centre)Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesPerform daily inspections, equipment upkeep, and basic reporting while ensuring adherence to safety proceduresConduct and support routine safety walkthroughs across data halls, critical equipment rooms, loading bays, office areas, and rooftop units.Identify hazards such as trip risks, blocked egress routes or unsecured toolRespond promptly to low-level safety incidents, including slips, minor first-aid events, or near-misses.Perform routine inspections and restocking of safety infrastructure, including AEDs, eyewash stations, and fire extinguishers.Maintain accurate digital records of daily inspections, equipment checks, safety briefings, and permit-to-work reviews using internal platforms or CMMS tools.Ensure emergency evacuation maps, muster point signage, and safety zone markings in leased and shared areas are accurate and visible.Develop familiarity with local, federal, and site-specific safety regulations, including OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and local fire codes.RequirementsDiploma and aboveCompleted Introductory safety training (OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid).Strong organizational skills and attention to detailCommunicate effectively in English and Thai.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
