Gain in-depth knowledge of our testing services to better assist customers.
Quote, Update and maintain customer records in the CRM database. Work closely with the microbiology, chemistry, and diagnostic teams to stay updated on service offerings. Responsible for the answering of customer questions accurately and in a timely manner. Establish good relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff. Call clients to verify if they require any services/assistants from the company. ADHOC duties.
