Responsibilities- Lead and manage all Supply Chain operations related to the Electrical Inserts business, including procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring alignment with site-wide policies and business objectives. - Define, implement, and oversee procurement performance, including supplier performance monitoring and contract management, with a focus on risk mitigation, and problem solving. - Drive operational performance across the value stream, ensuring achievement of targets related to delivery reliability, inventory levels, quality compliance, and cost efficiency. - Manage departmental budgets and ensure effective use of resources in line with forecasted demand and financial objectives.
- Sponsor and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Electrical Inserts, coordinating inputs from commercial, production, and supply teams. - Support the development and deployment of ERP capabilities (Infor LN) within the Electrical Inserts supply chain perimeter, in coordination with the site's digital and operational roadmap. - Ensure full compliance with company policies and external standards, including AS9100, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, and internal audit controls. - Lead the execution of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational resilience, supply chain agility, and productivity.
- Coordinate with shared service functions and other product lines to ensure resource alignment, issue resolution, and efficient cross-business collaboration. - Develop and maintain a skilled and high-performing team through objective setting, performance evaluation, coaching, and professional development planning. - Identify risks impacting supply continuity, cost, or customer satisfaction, and implement mitigation plans as needed. - Escalate issues requiring higher-level arbitration or impacting business continuity to the Site Supply Chain Director in a timely and structured manner. - Promote a culture of accountability, data-driven decision making, and adherence to Lean, 5S+1, and QRQC principles across all supply chain teams under responsibility.
Qualifications- Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent field. - Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in a senior procurement or purchasing function. - Demonstrated leadership experience in a matrix organization. - Fluent in English (oral and written), due to interaction with global sales, suppliers, and corporate functions. - Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments. - Familiarity with modern ERP, data analytics tools, and standard MRP processes. - Exposure to multi-product manufacturing environments and shared resource management. - Potential for succession to Site Supply Chain Director role.
