Sage Specialist (Sage Intacct / Sage 300 / Sage 100 / Sage X3 / Sage 50)

About the RoleWe are building our talent pool of skilled Sage Specialists to support our clients’ financial and operational systems across various Sage platforms, including Sage Intacct, Sage 300, Sage 100, Sage X3, and Sage 50.Ideal candidates are experienced in accounting systems management, ERP implementation, and process optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient workflows, and seamless integration between accounting and business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Sage systems such as Sage Intacct, Sage 300, Sage 100, Sage X3, or Sage 50, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.Support general accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, and financial statement generation.Configure, implement, and customize Sage modules based on business requirements.Provide end-user training and documentation to improve system adoption and efficiency.Identify and implement process improvements or automation opportunities within Sage systems.Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure proper system integration and workflow alignment.Diagnose and resolve technical or data-related issues, escalating as needed.Generate and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.Hands-on experience with at least one Sage product (Intacct, 300, 100, X3, or 50); exposure to multiple products is highly desirable.Strong understanding of accounting principles, ERP workflows, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in system implementation, migration, or customization is an advantage.Nice to HaveCPA or equivalent accounting certification.Experience integrating Sage with third-party applications or cloud systems (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).Prior experience in consulting, outsourcing, or ERP support environments.
