Kingston As a Group Benefits Verification Assistant, You Will Verify any discrepancies on the operating systems (GIAS and PAS) against the benefit schedules for all groups that could potentially cause claim benefit payments to be inaccurately adjudicated. Prepare a bi-weekly activity report for submission to the Team Lead. Perform any other job-related duties assigned from time to time. What do you need? Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution. At least two (2) years’ working experience in Employee Benefits Administration. Successful completion of the LOMA (Parts 1 & 2) would be an asset.

Comprehensive working knowledge of GIAS & PAS system. Excellent communication (oral and written skills). Proficiency in the use of computer software packages such as word processing and spreadsheet applications. Ability to work with great accuracy. Good time management skills.
