Job Requirements: Educated to degree level in materials science, metallurgy, process engineering, mechanical or electrical or similar. From 3-5 years of experience of managing a team (to cover all aspects of people management). Understanding of health and safety legislation so that it can be applied in the workplace. Basic understanding of employment law so that all team members are treated fairly and respectfully within the law. Understanding of the company permit to work system and its application and importance. Understanding of key people policies e. g.
