ROLEThe Business Controller will be working with the support of Kering Shared Service Centre (SSC) to ensure the timely and accurate execution of the monthly reporting and budgeting matters. This position will also play a key role to support business operations working alongside with different stakeholders to manage and expand network and sales in Australia and New Zealand. This role will report to Finance Director, SEAO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReporting, with support from SSCEnsure accurate and timely preparation and execution of month-end closing activitiesPrepare, analyze and share all monthly reporting packages for review of Finance Director, thereafter sharing the same information to NSEA Regional office and Paris Head office. Follow up with Store Planning; ensure all committed capex are well recorded and aligned with approved capex. Communicate monthly spending reports to Department Heads for monitoring and tracking of spend versus Budget / ForecastsCoordinate with SSC for compliance to auditors, tax consultants, bankers and government agencies; reviewing schedules and to ensure timely submission of statutory reporting requirements.
Responsible for preparation of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) reporting and filingBudget and ForecastsPreparation of templates for budget and forecastsTimely submission of budget and forecast, analyse and share all reporting package for review with Finance Director, thereafter sharing the same information to NSEA Regional office and Paris Head office. ControllingCost management and control with retail team and partners to manage budget and justify spending.
Sales and business review with Retail Director to support Australia and New Zealand growing businessWorking with Retail team in Australia, to guide and support business plans, projects roll out in storesWorking closely with Inventory Control on transversal topics including stock takes, inventory management and internal controlsUnderstanding the business operations to anticipate and highlight potential risk and costs impact. Develop, document and improve business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
