Purpose of the position: To ensure the integrity, reliability, and safe operation of oil and gas production facilities, including pressure systems, structures, pipelines, and safety-critical elements. The Asset Integrity Manager will respond to the Operations Manager and he is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS) to comply with company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) aligned with Oil & Gas industry standards (API, ISO, DNV, ASME). Oversee integrity strategies for static equipment (pressure vessels, piping, tanks), rotating equipment, pipelines, and subsea structures. Lead risk-based inspection (RBI) programs and ensure timely inspection, testing, and certification of assets. Coordinate with HSE, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure asset risks are identified, assessed, and managed. Supervise third-party inspection vendors and verify the quality of their work. Provide expert input on corrosion management, material degradation, and fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments.

Support root cause analysis (RCA) of failures and implement preventive and corrective actions. Ensure integrity compliance with national legislation and international codes and standards. Manage asset integrity budgets, reports, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with operational targets. Continuous improvement in reliability, safety, and asset lifecycle planning. What are we looking for?Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering. Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Asset Integrity within upstream Oil & Gas (offshore/onshore). Languages: Portuguese and Professional English Technical Skills: Familiarity with corrosion management systems, NDT techniques, and RBI tools (e. g. , PCMS, Meridium, SAP).

Experience in managing integrity during major turnarounds, SIMOPS, and brownfield modifications. Working knowledge of regulatory compliance in Oil & Gas (e. g. , OSHA, DNV, ABS). Certification: API 510, 570, 580, 579 - ASNT NDT Level II/III - NACE/AMPP CIP, CP - ISO 55001, RBI training & NEBOSH IGC, PMPIT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)What We Can Offer To YouContractor Role: Full timeCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an attractive health insurance plan with 100% coverage for the employee and up to four direct dependents.
