Support and Staff Logistics Coordinator

Purpose of the position: As Support and Staff Logistics Coordinator you will respond to the HR Manager and be part of the Human Resources and Organization Department. You will manage and support a team of 6 People, being responsible for coordinate and manage facilities maintenance, contracts, and budget control . How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities :

Supervise and manage buildings leasing contracts Manage relations with building OwnerSupervise and manage environment cleaning work contractsSupervise and manage offices and equipment layout activitiesCoordinate guestroom facilities, support freights and supplies management upon arrivalSupport Departments in managing their own remotely archived documentsSupervise and manag e mail delivery and distributionSupervise and manage stationery procurementCoordinate and maintain Company car fleet.

Manage short term / long term car rental (with or without driver)Supervise / participate to the management of new initiatives (heavy duty refurbishments/modifications, welfare activities,etc)Coordinate reporting on General Services activitiesIn accordance with HSE, grant hygiene and safety on worksite respecting and reducing environmental impactCooperate with HSE and Security in Emergency Plan preparation and managementWhat are we looking for?Education : Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar areas relatedExperience : 8-10 years as Support and Staff Logistics Coordinator within Oil and Gas industry or similar Languages: Portuguese and Professional English Technical Skills :
