About The RoleThe Head of Global Transformation is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Saison International’s global transformation strategy. Partnering directly with the CEO and executive team, you will orchestrate cross-functional projects to transition our group from siloed regional entities to a unified, high-performing multinational enterprise.
What You Will DoStrategic Program LeadershipLead the conception, planning, and execution of strategic transformation projects spanning operating model redesign, digital innovation, process optimization, and post-transformation integration/transition. Drive the development and implementation of global operating protocols, policies, and frameworks to support the company’s transition to a fully integrated MNC. Benchmark internal transformation efforts against industry best practices, engaging with external experts, partners, and vendors as needed to ensure continuous learning and innovation. Change Management & Stakeholder EngagementDesign, implement, and manage comprehensive change management initiatives that foster cultural alignment and organizational buy-in across all regions.
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, executive team, and board, providing regular updates and recommendations on transformation progress, risks, and key opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across business functions and regions to ensure effective communication and alignment. Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation communication strategy to inform, engage, and inspire employees and external stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle. Cross-Functional Project DeliveryOversee the governance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards for large-scale transformation projects, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver intended business value.
Enable and promote collaboration between regional business, technology, HR, and other corporate functions to unlock cross-market synergies and drive cross-market success. Transformation Analytics & ReportingEstablish and monitor KPIs and success metrics to track and communicate progress against transformation goals to senior stakeholders. Provide regular transformation updates and project dashboards to the global leadership team ensuring data-informed decision-making and accountability. Governance and ComplianceIdentify transformation risks across markets and functions, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance. Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with local and global regulatory requirements and support strong governance practices.
What You Will BringMinimum 8 years of proven experience in leading complex business transformation, operating model redesign, or strategic leadership roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or multi-market organizations. Track record of successful cross-border project delivery, ideally in Asia and emerging markets (Brazil/Mexico/India experience a plus). Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the C-suite/board level. Demonstrated capability in program management, transformation frameworks, and digital/process optimization. Analytical, structured thinker, adept at synthesizing complex issues and driving results. Agile, collaborative, and culturally intelligent—adept at working within diverse, high-growth environments.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum); MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
