Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads from HubSpot CRM (UK & Ireland) and WhatsApp Business (USA & Canada).Convert trial sessions into long-term enrollments through professional and persuasive communication.Understand clients’ educational needs and recommend suitable tutoring plans.Coordinate with the tutor allocation team to ensure trial scheduling and subject matching.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions on company systems.Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall revenue goals.Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance sales efficiency.Support ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for ongoing clients and parents.Monitor class schedules, attendance, and tutor punctuality to ensure smooth delivery.Handle student queries and resolve class-related issues promptly.Coordinate with the Support Team Head (Miss Qandeel) and members (Ayesha, Zeeshan, Humza, and Haram) for timely resolutions.Communicate effectively with the IT department for technical issues related to the portal, LMS, microphones, or cameras.Maintain excellent communication between tutors, students, and parents.Record and report feedback from clients to improve service quality.Daily Workflow ExampleReview assigned leads and follow up via WhatsApp/HubSpot.Schedule trial sessions after discussing parent and student availability.Update trial progress reports and follow up on conversion.Monitor ongoing class schedules and ensure tutor attendance.Report any student or technical issue to support/IT immediately.End shift by updating reports and pending leads for the next day.Performance Metrics (KPIs)Lead Conversion Rate (Trials → Paid Students)Client Retention & SatisfactionResponse & Resolution TimeReporting AccuracyTeam Collaboration and Communication QualityRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Education, or communication).Strong command of English (spoken & written) — must communicate fluently with international clients.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork spirit.Previous experience in EdTech, Sales, or Customer Support (preferred but not required).Growth OpportunitiesAt MathMakeSmart, we believe in promoting from within.
