You’ll join a startup at a hyper growth phase, with opportunities for impact, ownership, and professional growth. About the jobAs a Sales Effectiveness & Operations Analyst at Nymiz, you will partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to streamline sales operations, improve processes, and provide insights that drive revenue growth.Your role will focus on ensuring our sales organization is efficient, data-driven, and equipped with the right strategies and tools to perform at its best.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Content ManagementCollaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to create and maintain sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and pitch decks.Ensure that sales materials are up to date, aligned with product messaging, and easily accessible.Assist in onboarding and training new sales hires with data-backed recommendations.EnablementIdentify knowledge, delivery and positioning gapsDesign and define content, sales process and feedback loop to improve sales and account management performanceProvide training, playbooks, and best practices to improve sales effectiveness.Knowledge managementOwn knowledge sales and enablement generation and curation.Sales Process Optimization – Analyze, design, and implement improvements to sales workflows to reduce friction and increase efficiency.Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with Marketing on lead handover, with Finance on revenue tracking, and with Product on feedback loops.Tooling & Automation – Identify and implement sales tools to enhance productivity and scalability. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Sales enablement and/or Effectiveness (ideally in a B2B SaaS company).Proficiency in Spanish and English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.Proven experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales automation tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.A proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset.Attending 1-2 full working days in the office (0900-1800) per week, per the discretion of the companyAttending two 1-3 days offsite per year (full days at a remote destination) Preferred Qualifications:Experience in SaaS, data privacy or cybersecurity sector.Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.Knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).Experience supporting international sales teams.What We Offer:Competitive salary.Flexible remote working environment.International working environment.Passionate & talented team.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and collaborative team culture.Team retreats.The Opportunity and CultureJoin Nymiz at a key moment as we scale and shape the future of our cutting-edge, AI-based technology, growing at +2.5x Y/Y.
