Job Description:The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with potential partner restaurants to expand Ninja's partner network and drive growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential partner restaurants and generate lead listsInitiate contact with potential partners through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking eventsSchedule and conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to understand their business needs and objectivesPresent Ninja's value proposition and offerings to potential partners in a compelling mannerEngage in strategic negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and agreementsClose deals in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and executedCollaborate with internal teams, including Operations and Account Management, to facilitate partner onboarding and transitionMaintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and progressStay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership.RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management rolesProven track record of success in salesStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
