The individual we seek is a sales professional who is highly motivated, a self-starter with excellent business acumen and gravitas. A thorough understanding of executing a sales campaign from business development to closure and experience of managing strategic customers is required.Job DescriptionAchieve quarterly and annual sales quota with exceptional forecast predictabilityAchieve assigned objectives of sales pipeline development and sales progression/velocityCreate and deliver a strategic account management plan to drive big deals and additional revenue for the companyManage the day-to-day sales process, coordinate account meetings, and coordinate sales support resourcesProvide sales and executive management with account updates, sales forecasts, and operational usage of SalesForce.comCoordinate and lead multidivisional account teams to achieve customer successWork as a team leader and member collaboratively on sales engagements involving global account opportunitiesDevelop and nurture C Level relationships at assigned customers, with the intention of having referenceable customers and becoming a trusted advisorAdditional Job Description Demonstrated track record in successful direct sales of software solutions, with documented over achievement of sales quotas over multiple yearsExtensive experience selling to customers in the Chemical/Energy/Petroleum/Processing/Engineering industryExperience leading multi-million-dollar sales campaignsProficient at establishing and cultivating "C" level consultative relationshipsExcellent written, oral communication skills with impressive professional gravitasSelf-discipline and motivation to produce results with indirect supervisionChemical Engineering or relevant technical University degree, albeit experience is equally importantGerman language skills would be beneficialTravel is expected 50% of time
